The reality TV star dated the singer briefly in 2007, but an intimate clip the couple recorded was made public.
Kardashian admits she was devastated by the leak, but she's heaped praise on American football player Bush - who she began dating later on in 2007 - with helping her through the ordeal.
She tells Piers Morgan Tonight, "There's this, you know, embarrassment and shame and so much that comes along with it. And I think that I was so lucky to find a boyfriend at that time in Reggie - we were together for four years - and that was something that he really helped me through.
"He picked me up when I couldn't pick myself up. That's what my family was for as well. So, I feel like I've dealt with it and now I move on from it."

I don't see how the sex tape was a mistake and didn't she sell it to vivid like a lot of other celebrities do that put out sex tapes. I mean her and Ray J was not even going out like that. Sorry people I have been with my man for years and would never makes a sex tape.

@1:31PM - You hit the nail on the head. Kim K is still not over Reggie Bush. The mess she pulled on her tv show didn't go over well with him. She runied any chance of him speaking with her again. She still misses him. Also, he is back in LA since football season is over and she can't stand the fact the he is not trying to contact her.

Let's call it like it is. Reggie was poor and the only girl that looked his way was a nice down home girl from his hood. Reggie start became a millionair and kim smell the dollars. Reggie was shocked that someone like kim would look his way. Reggie got weak and fell for , like most men that becomes rich do. Now old girl from the hood is out of the pic. Reggie just found out that there are some white girls, (not all of them just groupies) that is willing to lower their standards for a for a Blackman but a overlooking that most Blackwomen will except you even if he had nothing.
