Three years ago I wrote in my old column about a stunning document that Jermaine had put together with Stacy Brown, a family friend and co-author of an amazing memoir with Michael Jackson’s late, longtime PR man, Bob Jones.
Jermaine often protested that such a proposal existed, but he talked about it with Larry King on TV. New York literary agent Laurie Liss sent the proposal around to three publishers, but no one bit. Maybe they’ll be more interested now that Michael is gone.
I was so interested in Jermaine’s 2003 proposal that I called around to find the actual document. Sure enough, there still were copies to be found.
Here are excerpts from it, in Jermaine’s own voice, circa early 2003:
“My brother is a superstar, yes. My brother is wealthy. He owns shares in Sony music. He drinks, he does drugs, he lies, he cheats, he changed his skin color and mostly, he’s human. He attracts gay men and wards off women like the plague.”
“He married a woman because she was pregnant and he was doing business with Muslims (which I am a Muslim) and Muslims won’t do business with someone who is engaged in having children without being married.
“He paid this woman, who nobody would ever look twice at, several million dollars. My brother purchased children. It is like a sanctioned black market. He is very powerful; he picked the sperm donor by using information provided by a sperm bank. Now, who can do that? Michael Jackson, that’s who, my brother.
“I have maintained my residence by my mother’s side at the family’s Hayvenhurst estate in Encino, California because I know how much I am needed there. Michael counts on me to be there as does the rest of my family.”
[Columnist note: this would verify the long-held belief that Katherine and Joseph Jackson, who have filed for divorce in the past, do not live together. Joseph’s fathering of an illegitimate child, reported and documented in several places, could have contributed to this.]
“It was my little brother, he conceived the whole idea behind DreamWorks. The logo is still proudly the official logo of Neverland. Unfortunately, Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen all stole the idea from him. That’s one reason why Michael hates Jewish people so much. But he plays the game with them. There is a game that all in Hollywood play. But the Jews are the powerful ones and they have done a lot to put my brother in his place….just another nigger. That’s what Don King told Michael at the start of the “Victory” tour. No matter what Michael, you’re just another nigger.
“My brother doesn’t always learn the valuable lessons life teaches. He is stubborn, hard-headed and, at times, harsh. He is cold, calculating and devious. The blood of his father runs freely through him. We were all afraid that the blood of Joseph Jackson would eventually contaminate all of us.
“But this is still my family and I love every one of them and I won’t sit by and let my brother go to prison. Prison would kill him. I’ve thought about doing the time for him, if he’s convicted. Michael wouldn’t survive in prison for one day. He’d commit suicide.“Joseph did some disgusting things to LaToya and Rebbie, especially. If it weren’t for Mother’s loyalty to him, he’d probably be in prison for what he did to our sisters.”

wow. i feel bad for them. they obviously grew up in some craziness and it has affected how they act as adults. and i will NEVER understand a woman that sits back and lets a man take advantage of her children sexually. i'd put a bullet through a man's head MYSELF if i ever thought he was touching my kids. no man is worth my destroying my kids self esteem and lives.

If you read the book of Jermaines ex wife you will see what a chump almost all the Jackson brothers are.Dead beats, cheaters, abusive and tons of children outside of their marriages. She talks about how Jermaine would always try to steal the limelight from Michael but he couldnt because not only was Michael the more talented brother he was an excellent buisnessman. The worst part about this is that Michael pays all the bills for Hayvenhurst including the groceries that Jermaine just sponges off of him with his broke ass. A man that steals his brothers kids mother is not to be trusted.
Oh please, Jermaine said that he would go to prison for his brother but yet he would also write a book like this about him for some quick cash.
Jermaine is probably genuinely sorry that his younger brother is dead, but he did himself NO favors by letting his personal inadequacies and jealousy override his common sense-I'd like to know how in the hell he's gonna explain this vitrol away. And no, he isn't needed at the Hayvenhurst home as much as he NEEDS a place to live, with his broke @$$. This is just disgusting.

These two are using their brother once again to get some much desired attention. The living wax figure claimed he was Michael's backbone, etc yet look at what he tried to do just a few years ago. He talks sideways about no one but Michael and he is the one who went with his own brother's wife. No one in this family has room to talk against Michael. No one.
Michael talked about how Joe beat him and Kate would scream for him to stop fearing Joe would "kill him". You mean to tell me, Joe did not catch an iron up side that big ass head of his? Could not have been me as their mother.
Jerkmaine, LaToilet and wannabe pimp Joe are all cut from the same cloth. You have seen their ugly asses more since Michael passed than ever before. LaToilet will refer to Michael as a "meek, and loving person". Yet, this was the same fool who spoke against him during the first molestation accusations/scandal. All of that had to have hurt Michael.
Anyway, Michael sadly is no longer here but at least he is no longer dealing with the crazies in his family and the leeches/serpents that surrounded him daily. I hope he is finally at peace even though losing him hurt soooooo bad.
I read the ex's book, too. I'm sure I got the link from The Gossip Jacker (thank you!). As talented as they are, the Jacksons are a bunch of pitiful, bigoted, jealous, back-stabbing, needy people. They thrive on deceiving each other and playing one person against another. Jermaine's not going to release his book now, but he will. For now, he's able to hustle being the "grieving brother"--but that's gonna get stale real soon and that's when he'll shop the book again.

I am haunted by the thought, years back my wife and I split up, and she had a boyfriend, but he was a piece of trash. Anyhow, he left my daughter in his care and after wards my daughter had commented to her mother that her punnannie hurt. To this day my daughter hates me and I wonder if that was the cataylst.
My daughter is grown, but unmarried and no boyfriends and I can't get close to her.
Question: Should I find this piece of trash and end his days????

The fucked up, sad part is that Kathryn Jackson only divorced Joe because he fathered a child with another woman. Only because it is undeniable proof that he cheated. She didn't leave his ass because he not only cheated on her, but ABOVE ALL, beat and molested her children. She is no better than the rest of Michael's wig and nose handlers. She tries to play like she is so meek and fragile, but it's all a game. She is a bigger bitch than I have seen in a long time.

I don't think money is evil but in the hands of certain people it can turn them into demons. The only members of the family I have any respect for are Rebbie, Marlon, and Janet. They seem to be the only ones who did for themselves, left home, and never went back. I remember when they were making fun of Marlon for working at a grocery store. Be glad he actually got a job somewhere instead of staying at his moms house mooching off her like his other brothers.

I read Jermaine's ex (common law) wife's book as well.. what a mess. A good book though. I read it online, after I found it was checked out at every library in the city, and over a $100 on Amazon. Funny how that's the only Jackson family book to increase so much in price.
Margaret Maldonado (Jermaine's ex) dropped DIME on Jermaine & family. I will never look at him or any of them the same way again. What's sad is that you know she was speaking the truth. She now has one of the top styling agencies in Hollywood. I was surprised to learn that she produced that Jackson family mini series, so that it could create some income for the family-- Jermaine hated that it gave her a life separate from his non-working butt. What an abusive, dead- beat father... he's a real piece of work.
Jermaine was on Larry King AGAIN last Friday, and he seemed giddy at the opportunities & possibilities for his career that Michael's demise, has brought him.
Such a sick, sick family. Joe should be brought up on crimes against children. Katherine should too, frankly.
i agree with the sentiments that katherine played a big part in the demise and destruction of almost all the jackson kids mentally. hopefully other families raising children, rich, poor, and middle class can learn from this family as a guide on how not to raise your kids. i think the molestation charges about joe are true. and if it is, i think that's where michael might have picked up that behavior, dang this is all so sad. i wasn't expecting michael to die so young, he died tragically. I don't believe Joe touched them kids. If he did Michael would have told somebody that and they would have came out already about it. There have been so many rumors about Mike yet there is none about him talking about his father molesting his sisters. The only one's to talk about this is Jermaine and LaToya. You know, I am all for a woman being demure and allowing her hubby to be the head of the family and all; however, when you see there is trouble and ol dude is clueless as to what he is doing then mom needs to step in wearing big boots. Katherine seems as though she just became a piece of the furniture and allowed things to get out of hand. If it is true what Joe did to the girls, then Kate should have been prepared to not only divorce the sicko, but risk going to jail for attempted murder. (feel me?) If it is true he was beating the boys like that then again where the hell was she?
15 or 50, Michael was Kate's son and a mother KNOWS when something is wrong with her child. She had to have known Michael was in trouble and it appears she did nothing. I realize her age, but this has been going on for years with Michael. She could have stepped in a decade ago ready to knock down some doors. Sigh! Anyway, it just seems no one was around then but now everyone has popped up including Toya who I thought had left the country.
Seems to me they use to call the wrong one "big nose".
^^They all had a "big nose" except Janet and she still got her nose done. 7 out of the 9 Jackson kids got their nose done. So I never understood why Michael claimed they would pick on him about his nose when all of them had honkers.
